Here is the order form you may use to begin selling calendars. 

I put a brief explanation about the fundraiser on the order form.  ALL ORDER FORMS AND MONEY MUST BE TURNED IN TO CRYSTAL AULBUR BY TUESDAY NOVEMBER 29^TH!  This deadline is necessary to get the order placed, calendars printed, and handed out by Christmas. 

The preschool will receive a little more than $3 from every calendar sold.
